There once was a spoilt brat who lived in a dark home. The nosey guy that he was he knew all about things that happened outside his home. "Why are you so fascinated with the world outside?" his mama said. "Our world is happy enough!" But he persisted. He pried, meddled, snooped and gatecrashed. Then he nagged his mama day after day. The world outside looked so bright and happy. He wanted to go out, make merry, go to school, shop and be on Facebook too but mama said, "Our world is happy enough for us and so is theirs for them!"

He once said, "Mama, I want to go there"

"No, our world is happy enough!"

"Mama, please let me! I will do well in school. I will be on TV and YouTube and Facebook. You will like the likes and the comments and the shares! I would love that attention and so would you!"

"The likes will never be for you, the comments won't be kind, and let me not talk about the shares. Well, let me say it again, our world is happy enough for us and so is theirs for them!"

He rebelliously ran away from his dark home to the bright place he so wanted to be in. He went out, made merry, went to school and soon enough he made the bright world his home. He found himself on TV, YouTube and Facebook too! It was very exciting. It rained likes and emojis. And shares? Well the shares were many more than he had learnt to count. The many comments were unkind though - just like mama had warned. He got more attention than he had ever imagined. It went on and on till it wasn't exciting any more. Something strangely didn't feel right. But he didn't know what. He went back to mama. "Mama, I don't enjoy the likes anymore, and I cannot handle the comments! And I simply hate the shares! Please help stop all of that!" he cried. "That world looked happier when I was here! It doesn't seem so anymore! They do nothing that they did before! They don't even go to school now!"

"Our world was happy enough, dear one, and so was theirs. I told you so." said mama. "They can stop it. They will. Soon enough. But there's nothing I can do now."

"Why?" he moaned.

Mama sighed.

"You have gone viral!"
